I work at the intersection of technology, data and business, with 3+ years of experience at Deloitte across data engineering, cloud platforms and technology operations. I enjoy translating complex technical challenges into structured, practical solutions that create business value.

Alongside my technical experience, I’m pursuing an MBA in Project Management to strengthen my understanding of business, delivery and leadership. I’m now building toward techno-functional and product-focused roles where I can bridge technical teams, business needs and project execution.

CLIENT / PROJECT ASK
US-based transportation & toll project requiring a reliable and scalable data platform on GCP, with improved SQL workflow management, execution efficiency, and maintainability. The project involved supporting data migration while ensuring data pipelines remained reliable, validated, and production-ready.

WHAT I DELIVERED
Supported the end-to-end data platform migration on GCP, helping establish structured and version-controlled SQL workflows using Dataform. Worked across pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, validation, and unit testing to identify issues, improve execution reliability, and support accurate data movement across the platform. Contributed to maintaining dependable data workflows while improving the overall manageability and maintainability of the solution.

The engagement required effective coordination across teams to ensure issues were tracked, communicated, and resolved within expected timelines.

WHAT I DELIVERED
Supported production operations through continuous application and system monitoring, identifying and tracking issues that could impact day-to-day services. Managed incident and service-request workflows through ServiceNow, coordinated with relevant teams for investigation and resolution, and followed issues through to closure. Contributed to maintaining operational stability while ensuring timely communication and structured issue management across the engagement.
